These incredible biscuits were made by the super talented Katie of Good Life Eats for St. Patricks day and I can't wait to try out her recipe. They remind me of the erasers I used to buy from every zoo or theme park I went to as a child, and from the looks of her photo, the recipe would make a huge batch. I think they'd be great for a kid's party...or a grown up's party if they're as easily pleased as me!
